How To Use

Medik8 Calmwise Soothing Cleanser

Every morning and evening, pump Calmwise Soothing Cleanser into the palm of the hand and massage into moistened face and neck. Gently remove foam by splashing with water and pat face dry

Medik8 Calmwise Serum

After cleansing in the morning and evening, massage 4 drops of Calmwise Serum across the affected area. Leave to absorb.

Medik8 Bakuchiol Peptides

After cleansing in the morning and after your Calmwise serum has absorbed, apply a 4 drops into fingertips and blend evenly across face, neck and décolletage.

Medik8 Ultimate Recovery

Apply twice daily or as often as needed a small amount of Ultimate Recovery directly to the skin. Leave to absorb for 2-3 minutes. For an oilier skin type, use once a day in the evening 3 times a week.

Medik8 Physical Sunscreen

Apply Physical Sunscreen every morning, as the final step in your skincare routine. Shake before use and apply a ¼ teaspoon amount of Physical Sunscreen to the face, adding more for exposed neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Apply the sunscreen at least 20 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply during the day for maximum protection. If in direct sunlight, the sunscreen should be reapplied every 2 hours.
