How To Use

Medik8 Gentle Cleanser

Every morning and evening: pump a small amount of cleanser into the palm of the hand and massage into your moistened face and neck area. Gently remove product by splashing with water and pat face dry.

Medik8 Hydr8 B5

Apply 4 drops to tips of the fingers and blend all over the face.

Medik8 C-Tetra

Apply 4 drops to finger tips and blend across face until absorbed. Apply after your Hydr8 B5 serum

Medik8 Intelligent Retinol 6TR

After cleansing in the evening, and applying your Hydr8 B5 serum, apply 4 drops to the fingers and blend into the skin. Follow the next day using the Medik8 Physical Sunscreen. Apply every second night to begin with for the first two weeks until your skin can tolerate every night.

Medik8 Advanced Night Restore

After cleansing in the evening, use the spatula to apply a small amount to face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Use light, upward strokes and allow cream to fully absorb.

Medik8 Eyelift Peptides

After cleansing in the morning and evening, apply a small amount of Eyelift all around eye contour, but not on the eyelids. Leave to absorb before applying your regular other Serums & Moisturiser.

Medik8 Physical Sunscreen

Apply Physical Sunscreen every morning, as the final step in your skincare routine. Shake before use and apply a ¼ teaspoon amount of Physical Sunscreen to the face, adding more for exposed neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Apply the sunscreen at least 20 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply during the day for maximum protection. If in direct sunlight, the sunscreen should be reapplied every 2 hours.
