- Every order is carefully inspected and packed by one of our Dermal Therapists. In a rare event of receiving a damaged or faulty product, please inform us immediately via email or phone call.
- Order discrepancies must also be reported within 24hours of receiving your package via email or phone call.

Note: The refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product.
- Please Return all products in their original packaging.
- Please retain your postal receipt from as we will ask to see this if we fail to receive your return package.
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. However, if return is due to error on the part of MSS, shipping charges will be refunded in form of store credit.
- Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
- All returns must be accompanied with a note stating purchaser's name, address, order number and the reasons for returning.
